We never felt rushed or under the gun when we inquired about buying Erie Insurance. We took several months to make the decision to switch to Erie, and everyone was very accommodating and patient. The owner, Todd, gave us his time to answer many questions we had about Eire Insurance and his agency. He was also forthright in expectations of any future rate changes. Our policies processed smoothly. It's been a very good experience so far. Love the dog, too.
