Sandy with Sumser Ins. has been very helpful when my customers request information on my policy before I start to work she handles the request right away every time.

We have gone through a few agents at Sumser over the years but our current Sumser agent Jenna has been very responsive to our questions and helped us figure out insurance situations. She is prompt and answers our out of the ordinary (for us) issues and concerns. This is what we were looking for in an Insurance Agency! Thanks.

Two words - Jenna Dempsey - She provides the best customer service of any insurance company we have partnered with I'and m 61 so we have had insurance with dozens of different companies. Her support and responses are always timely and accurate. No matter how many times we ask for help, quotes or guidance, she always delivers and puts her customers first. We did move some of our business to another company due to lower premiums - but we will continue to partner with Jenna with the policies she still represents. Most importantly, we will also continue to get quotes during renewals in hopes of moving our business back to Sumser for as long as Jenna represents the company. We recommend her to everyone we know - she is the best!

I called with a question. My assigned "agent" introduced herself and was extremely helpful and did not make me feel that she was in a rush. The fact that I was able to talk to her was a big help. Before your company took over my account I was in the process of finding another agent in the area because the previous company had a receptionist that failed to pass on my call. I tried 3 times then gave up.

You Provide Customer Service by: Answering the phone Replying to emails in a timely matter Everyone is willing to help with any questions or concerns Too many companies today do not do the above, especially large nationwide businesses. Small, family run businesses “Make America Great” I wonder who said that?

Always available and helpful to offer counsel/recommendations. We use Sumser for homes, autos, life etc.----they cover us 100% and never fail to respond timely when we need to file a claim, ask for advice and more. Sumser treats us like valued family members.

I have been a client of Sumser Insurance for more than 25 years-- I recently got married and it just so happened that my new husband had "Erie Ins" as well but since I had such a long and great relationship with Sumer Ins, we combined our insurance and went with Sumser Insurance. If that is not the best testimony of being taken care of I don't know what is!!
