“I’ve been with Sumser Insurance Professionals, formerly James River Insurance for over 10 years. They have been nothing but professional and courteous to me and my family. Both of my daughters have insurance policy with Sumser because of the great service provided. My eldest daughter works for the other James River Insurance company in the West End and they cover Uber claims, not this office.”

He provided us options, was able to save us some money and made it very easy to convert our existing out of state policies. We found Todd’s expert knowledge of insurance and ability to educate us on the benefits of his policies to be the convincing factors for switching all of our coverage to James River Insurance. They definitely provide a professional and personal touch to their service! I would definitely recommend contacting him for a quote!”
